This external certification validates a direction we took two years ago, when we decided to go beyond intuition and start tracking team well-being through a tool we built in-house: People Analytics. Since then, we’ve used this system quarterly to understand how our team feels and to adapt our policies with real, objective data—because we believe decisions about people should be grounded in evidence, not assumptions.
As Bea Gutiérrez, our Head of People, explains: “Achieving the Happy at Work certification wasn’t about ticking boxes—it was about continuing to invest in the culture we’ve been intentionally building from the start.”

- Remote-first. In a world where the best talent is distributed and the most challenging projects are found anywhere, we maintain our vision of being fully remote - an approach we've championed since our founding in 2015, when we began working with international clients from Seville. This means being committed to a culture based on trust and results, not on presentism. Our team can work 100% remotely if they like, just like we do with our clients.
- Work-life balance. Having a really flexible schedule allows people to thrive both at work and in their personal lives. This means working 32 productive hours and having eight flexible hours to dedicate to whatever makes them feel good: whether that's spending time with their children, doing sports, or mastering a new technology.
