We’re proud to announce our new sponsorship of Sitting Volley Sevilla, a local club that promotes numerous inclusive initiatives, from volleyball for older adults to introducing the sport to prisons.
Founded in 2019, Sitting Volley Sevilla was established by Daniel López, a graduate in Social Education, who has had an extensive professional career in volleyball, including as a player, referee, and coach since 1995, with the goal of making volleyball accessible to people with physical or intellectual disabilities.
For us, supporting this initiative means aligning with a mission that celebrates teamwork, perseverance, and inclusivity. The same values that guide Z1 every day: building with empathy, designing with purpose, and striving to make a positive impact through our work.
A legacy of supporting local sports
Our collaboration with Sitting Volley Sevilla is part of a broader commitment to uplifting local athletes and community projects. In recent years, we’ve also supported:
- Club Pyramidos, an acrobatic gymnastics club that nurtures coordination, discipline, and young talent.
- Futsal Bahía de Cádiz, an international charity futsal tournament for young players, whose solidarity and support for those in need remain as its central focus.
- Padel player Ana Fernández, a professional and persevering athlete whose determination embodies the spirit of continuous improvement and female leadership.
